Excellent service with Samantha Simpson quick and efficient

I was contacted very quickly by Samantha to help me arrange my holiday using salary sacrifice. She took the time to introduce herself and explain the process and then listened to my requirements. She didn't try to upsell anything as I think she knew I had already a good idea of what I needed and that upselling may have prevented me from booking. Samantha got everything booked efficiently and quickly but ensured she found me the best deal and best flight times etc. I think the only thing I'd suggest improvement on is the documentation you recieve via email. It's not overly clear about check in processes, luggage etc. I wouldn't hesitate to book with Hays Travel again and would definitely recommend speaking to Samantha as she was excellent and efficient.

I booked a break to Amsterdam through my NHS salary sacrifice scheme and this couldn't have been any easier. I dealt with Samantha who put me together a package so quickly that involved everything I had asked for at a great price too! I would definitely use Hays Travel again in the future!

The person who finally booked our holiday was very helpful. The slightly low rating I have given is due to the archaic booking process for NHS staff. Having to book a holiday on the phone made me feel like I was back in the 1980s and it did not always seem easy to check out suggestions online. Haven't been on the holiday yet, but hopefully that side of things will all be good!
