The process of booking was not really…
The process of booking was not really why I used the travel agent , when I checked the information the travel date was wrong on the document which was altered and re sent , on further checking my date of birth was incorrect. Then I was told the balance due date was wrong but kept getting messages saying over due!

Myself and my friend had the best experience ever though they were going through an upsetting time with them closing the down the shop so the two last people left there was absolute stars and first class and a credit to you're company.
