Hays Travel - Prenton Avis 

The staff at hays Prenton were very helpful guiding me for my cruise because this is my first one I didn’t have any idea but thanks to them it’s all booked for next year thank you girls

As regular cruisers, we knew exactly what we wanted when we went in to our local agent to book for 2028. The staff member who attended to us was very friendly (something we’ve become accustomed to at Hays Travel) and listened and responded to our list of requests in a highly efficient and professional manner.

Tilly was extremely helpful and patient, didn't rush us. Gave great advice. Understood what we were looking for and recognised we actually were doing the best thing by going back to the same place we went 4 years ago! Again booked with Hays. They use the same sites you would use to book yourself but help with making sure you have passports in date, printing out documents you need etc. You may save yourself a bit of cash booking your own hotel, arranging your own transfers and such like but the reassurance from this company is worth any little extra you may save, if any.
