Really friendly and helpful staff
Matty was so friendly and helpful! When we told him what sort of holiday we wanted, he sent us multiple options and told us all sorts of things we could do in each place. We ended up booking a trip to a city we hadn’t even thought about going to. Really recommend!

Very helpful when cruise booking
I asked the lovely people at Hays Travel in Pudsey to price up a couple of cruises for me and send me the info. They were efficient in responding to my request. I was very happy with one of the options, went in to book and they secured me a lovely additional, unexpected discount.
