Becky was very patient and took on board our wishes. She was friendly caring and supportive and we felt confident in finding the right holiday.
She spent a long time with us in trying to find our ideal holiday. She also gave advice when choosing certain options. Becky and her colleague also told us it was more beneficial to buy our currency through them as they have very competative rates.

Really good even got asked how my birthday was going 🤗 great customer service 💕

Very helpful answered all my questions the young girl asked her colleague and she came to offer advice to as I am a first time cruiser

Jo was excellent. She found us the perfect holiday. Very knowledgeable about what we wanted. I usually book our holiday online but will definitely come back and see Jo next time we need a holiday. She went above and beyond to sort special assistance and medical conditions for our flight.

This is the second time this year we’ve booked with Hayes travel and again we received exceptional customer service from staff.

We were shown lots of destinations and were given plenty of time to choose the right holiday for us, nothing was too much trouble. Jo was our travel representative, she was very knowledgeable and she provided us with everything we needed.

Later on we topped up our Hayes travel card assisted by Victoria, who was also excellent.

Thanks again Hayes travel for perfect customer service, we’ll be back to book again early next year.

Came in as had issue with HTMC card Jella on the travel money counter was lovely and helpful. I had money in foreign currency and wanted to know my options. She explained all of the options then helped me with the one that suited me. I also got some currecy as a cash we chatted about not knowing what to get the grandchildren who were going away she said travel money is always a good idea. She was so very helpful and friendly. The rates are always good here and smiley staff. Best place to get currency and travel tips :)

so booked holiday there and then.

We’ve been going to Hays for our holidays for quite a few years and all the staff are so friendly. We tend to book all of our holidays with Becky, she’s amazing, very friendly and very patient, she always as time to look for what she knows we like. She’s just lovely.

We went in specifically to find a good deal for the coming days. We left with a deal that meant we were flying next morning. The search and options found were great and the actual holiday we chose has been excellent overall. Although booked at Hays, it was a TUI holiday and we have a few things to review for them to suggest improvements.

Another fantastic experience in store today ,Becky was really helpful as always .

The staff in the Redditch office are very warm and welcome, nothing is no problem, it’s a pleasure to do business with them, it’s our third booking for this year (2026)
