Joanne was super professional and totally got what I wanted for my holiday. She hooked me up with a great price and even asked her colleagues for advice when she needed it. Very friendly staff and helpful staff Georgia was absolutely brilliant with the help I needed for me cruise and even helped me book my dream holiday for my 70th birthday I am going to China and got a fantastic deal and nothing was to much trouble with all my questions thank you Hays and of course your lovely staff.

I was dealt with very quickly and the advisor was very knowledgeable- explaining the booking process and talking me through the different cabin options and where the cabins are on the ship. The advisor said I could come in and book excursions with them before departing and offered me travel insurance as well as ordering currency. All my documentation was presented to me at the time of booking and I felt that the advisor answered all my questions very knowledgeable

On a day trip to Rhyl North Wales I…
On a day trip to Rhyl North Wales I decided to pop in on my own. I'm normally quite nervous and can stutter under pressure. The young lady who helped me was called fern and I really couldn't decide if I wanted to book my holiday or not she was not pushing or trying to convince me she was very professional and I would definitely recommend my friends and family who live in North Wales to visit Hays Travel in real and asked to speak to Fern or any of the other wonderful polite colleagues they have employed definitely recommend

The lady's that worked in the shop in Rhyl were beyond helpful as I am a disabled traveller they made sure everything was in play so I didn't have to worry or have to contact airport or hotels myself like the other company
