Always receive excellent service from the staff at Hayes Sedgefield branch. I wouldn't book anywhere else. They are all so friendly and helpful. I would rate all of my visits as 5 star. Even when I pop in for currency.

Hays Sedgefield is a great establishment ran by the most helpful and friendly staff .Julie helped me book my 2027 Holiday with the minimum of fuss and at a great price outstanding customer service thank you .I would recommend anyone undecided to seek advice at this branch .

Excellent service, we always use Hays, as they're very helpful and reliable. Julie Ann assisted us in Sedgefield yesterday. We normally go to Billingham, as they're excellent too. Julie stayed back late and spent approximately two hours working solidly to get us the right deal at short notice. She went above and beyond for us that day!!! 😁We were very impressed!!!😁
