I had such a great experience with Sue, who was incredibly patient and understanding throughout the whole process of booking my first family holiday with my then 9 month old. I wanted the holiday to be perfect and she really took the time to really listen to what we needed as a family and worked hard to find options that suited us. Even when I changed my mind and added numerous tweaks or requests and then had to rebook a completely different holiday, nothing was too much trouble! Her flexibility, professionalism, and positive attitude made what could have been a stressful situation feel easy and well-managed. One less thing for me to worry about. I was passed Sue's contact details from a friend who regularly uses her to book holidays and highly recommended her. Sue was very friendly and really helpful and managed to get me a very good price on booking.
