Returning customers
We are a returning customer to Hays in Thirsk and couldn’t recommend the staff and service more. Ruben processed our booking again and is very friendly and knowledgeable.

The young man, Reuben, who dealt with us, was very attentive and dealt with many twists and turns along the way to get to an end result we were happy with.
I think he must have received excellent training to enable him to do his job.

Hassle free, pleasant holiday booking experience
We went into Hays travel as booking our holiday to Austria or Italy was proving problematic on line. We were served by an apprentice who was very thorough, professional and friendly. We managed to book the holiday we required in Northern Italy, and he did all the complicated on line/ telephone enquiries with the holiday and airline provider while we were there. The branch manager was also there offering helpful advice to him if required.

We enquired about cruises having never done this before and Vicky gave us several options to consider. With 3 or 4 different types of cruises at different costs and locations, this satisfied our needs and we went away to consider. A week later we returned to book a cruise to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary and are now looking forward to a week in the Fjords.
