Very friendly advisor, helped us to book a holiday. Hays booking system was great it was Riviera’s that was the problem. Advisor sorted it out with a phone call.

I have booked a few holidays with hays, although at a different branch. I have to say the staff were great at Wallsend from my first enquiry to the actual booking. They looked at maps of the area for me to give an idea of where hotels were in relation to the centre of the resort. To discussing ideas of day trips. Great service 👏
