Once again another stellar experience from Hays Travel. Angela was tireless with making sure even though the date I was after had gone. She organised another date shortly after ensuring I could travel to the destination I wanted. Well done

Diane really knows her stuff. We had spoke about cruises we were looking at before we came into the shop. We spent time making sure we were happy with our final choice, looking at other options. Paperwork was sent to my email within half an hour of leaving the shop, fantastic service, highly recommend.

We have just booked our first cruise through Hays, helpful, found us what we wanted,at a good price, recommended cabins, showed us itinerary, booked us car parking.

Very easy to talk too and they listen to you and help you find the holiday for you.

Great friendly and helpful customer service

Chloe was very helpful as we did not have any particular destination in mind. Chloe therefore went through lots and lots and lots of options for us. We after quite some time made a decision, so thank you again Chloe for your patience.

Cloe the travel consultant was very helpful and understanding our holiday plans. She was also very patient with us changing our plans.

We had a brief idea of what we wanted but some of them were very specific things. We went in and spoke to Ellegrace and then she kept on contact with us with recommendations and did not get annoyed with our procrastination. We very happily found our perfect holiday and Ellegrace was so helpful and friendly right from the start.

Smooth booking experience

Very professional as always. Diane went out of her way to help us find what we were looking for. Whilst the booking was being made there was a computer glitch and she had to phone Easy Jet direct to confirm everything for us after she had tried every other avenue, she wasn't going to be beaten and made sure we went away happy. All in all 5***** service. Thank you again Diane.
