Booking a sunshine holiday for my 75th birthday I found the Witney branch of Hay’s in its usual excellent form. The cheery, ever-helpful Dan quickly grasped what was required and found us the perfect five-day break in the Bulgarian resort of Nessebar. They’re a great team here. Can’t recommend them too highly.

We contacted Hays travel by phone and spoke with Emma who was very pleasant and easy to deal with. She soon rang back with further information and costs and then later in the day she was immediately available to answer our further queries. We were happy to accept as the holiday was exactly what we wanted .
