Genuine items with speedy delivery
Having just wasted time attempting to save a few quid through the popular auction site, only to receive fake counterfeit items, I returned to ITS. As usual, ITS delivered next day, even though I selected 3-day free delivery. A genuine quality tool received. Consistent good service is my experience from ITS and a bit cheaper than other popular stores.

DPD was supposed to deliver my router…
DPD was supposed to deliver my router on the 11th August they made out that they tried to deliver but no one was in and left a card which they did not come to my address,they then said they would deliver on the 12th August same excuse again then they said they would deliver on the 13th August and again same BS today is the 14th August and now they are saying they will deliver between 13:15 and 14:15 we shall see what happens that's 4 days DPD are unbelievable i would neither recommend anyone using their service's I've spoken with the ITS team at least 6 times they themselves cannot believe the way DPD have acted.

Great after sales service

When I contacted ITS Mikayla was efficient, understanding and friendly. I am super busy all the time and the fact that this issue was sorted with only a couple of emails and a brief call means a lot to me...to be honest I am far more likely to use ITS over other tool suppliers now because I know if there is another issue with couriers it will be sorted quickly and without taking a lot of my time.
