Brilliant service.
The lady who dealt with us was brilliant. She pointed out to me that I should not have used my credit card for ordering travel money and suggested I get in touch to pay off the debt. Very helpful lady and we were so grateful to her for letting us know our mistake.

It was very simple
It was very simple. Your partner was very efficient and helpful.
However, I was EXTREMELY disappointed to learn online that you are doing away with this facility in the store in Reading. This helps no-one, certainly not me as a customer, and certainly not the employees who will no longer have a rôle. The only people it helps are your shareholders and board of directors. As a society we will one day see that this “progress” we see everywhere in the corporate world is in fact regression. So sad it is affecting John Lewis.

I have my family over from USA and it is my two grandchildrens 18th and 21st birthdays so I got some dollars for the family to take back as gifts. I use the online service to send money for gifts at Christmas and it works really well.

Sad goodbye to great service 👋🏻
All the ladies in White City Exchange are lovely and helpful. We always have good chat and great experience overall. I'm very sad it was last time I had the pleasure to use that service in JL White City, as sadly it's going to be closed soon, I was told. As I prefere face to face experience (when I can get the small banknotes as I like) I rather won't be using online ordering with JL and use a different retailer.

Good service
Only had to wait a few minutes before we were able to buy our travel money. Efficient service. Our only feedback is why is there such a difference in buying currency online as opposed to in store. The currency we purchased there was a £6 difference on the total amount we received. We may consider buying it online in future.
