I ordered my euros online for a click and collect. Firstly thr negative I ordered 600 euros and there were 9× 50 euros notes in the wallet! Why? Nobody wants lots of 50 euro notes. This is not the first time this has happened. Thankfully the lovely people who work in store chsnge my notes into better denominations . I really will miss coming into store to purchase or collect my euros once it has closed for good!,i won't be using the online service because of the 50 euro notes issued repeatedly Good luck to all the lovely people who worked instore wishing you the best x

Is was convenient to be able to pick up…
Is was convenient to be able to pick up my currency in Waitrose after my weekly shopping.
However I needed to show the email i had received to confirm its collection. This was not clear in the email which only mentioned having a photo ID. If i had not had my phone with me it would appear I would not have been able to collect my currency as my name was not sufficient.

Everything is simple to set up and use
A great experience so far. After getting accepted, I was verified and ready to use my account immediately, even before the card arrived. Setting up my online account, downloading the app and setting up my DD was also straightforward.

Failure to accpt responsibility.
I ordered online and understood from Royal Mail that delivery would be before 1pm, but then I received an email from you saying delivery would be from 1pm.
So that was one day wasted.
The next day, I was all set and took time off work for the delivery before 1 pm. Royal Mail didn't turn up that morning. Wasting my time, and I run a busy
business.
Now I'm being told I must contact Royal Mail and arrange another delivery (LOL) or collect it from the post sorting office.
Presumably a county court summons will sort this out!

Very easy
Very easy, most helpful staff. I required smaller denominations, not a problem… the staff member had already got them ready without asking even though I was buying a large amount of currency. I usually purchase these amounts on line but did not want the larger denominations which are usually provided on line when ordering larger amounts of currency.
