It was really easy to use
It was really easy to use. Delivery was quick and on time. Ordered Monday received on wednesday morning. Would definitely use again as was hassle free and so easy to use. A great service from a great company.

Great service though not the best…
Great service though not the best exchange rate. Would have saved £10 buying €500 (euros) from another travel exchange but didn’t have the time on the day to go elsewhere.

Useful Everyday Credit Card
I’ve been happy with my John Lewis Partnership Credit Card so far. It’s easy to use and works well for everyday spending. The rewards are a nice bonus when shopping at John Lewis or Waitrose, although I’m still getting used to how the programme works. Overall, it’s a useful card to have.

It was easy
It was easy. I asked for what I needed and it arrived in two minutes. Mine was a small amount so I didn’t need to show ID but amounts over £250 require proof such as a driving licence or passport.

Easy to order, a pain to collect
Easy to order and pay for on my phone, quick to arrive at my local Waitrose, but collecting required two visits. JLP: move forward into the 21st century and accept identification and payment cards which are on people's phones. And if you decide you can't do that then at least make it clear in the emails you send out that "payment card" and "photo identification" means old-fashioned pieces of plastic or paper rather than the secure digital versions held in Google Wallet or the Apple equivalent.
