I recently picked up my new car from Audi Basingstoke and overall had a very positive experience. The team were friendly, supportive, and kept me updated throughout the process. There were a few issues around me selling my car privately which did delay the handover slightly, but they were patient and helpful while everything was sorted. Extremely positive experience. Going electric turned out not to be the right choice for my needs and between Matt and Alan they were exemplary in how they managed the situation and put me as the customer as the priority above all. The whole experience was stress free. The staff were informative and in no way “pushy”. Gill Glasgow was extremely personable from the moment I booked the test drive through to the hand over of the new vehicle. She also called a few days later to check all was well with the car.

Had our Q5 serviced and new tyres fitted . Video on our car and everything explained. I asked for front wheel alignment but they rang to say it didn't need it . Brilliant and friendly service .

Visited after seeing a car I was interested in in Auto Trader. Asked to see a salesperson and from there on in there was a easy, no pressure experience that resulted in a purchase of an Audi A4. The part exchange price given was fair and since taking delivery, having a minor issue and clarification on the vehicle app, I have received great support. It is early days but I am happy to have done business with thus professional team.

An excellent experience with this dealership resulting in us buying a new Audi Q3 via part exchange. There was a good range of stock and Lewis and manager Jake were both friendly, professional and helpful at all times, displaying patience and good knowledge of the range of vehicles. Lewis spent considerable time getting to know our preferences and found the right car for us. We picked up our new car within a week and it was overall a very pleasant experience.

The third car I have bought from Audi Basingstoke and each time it gets better. They are extremely professional, thorough, efficient and seem to give exactly the right level of advice I needed. It took them very little time to know exactly what type of customer I was and what I needed.
