I recently purchased a BMW 630d from Lookers .
I recently (29/02/24) purchased a BMW from Nissan Newcastle part of the Lookers group ,I was served by two SUPER GUYS Jack and Thomas who spent a good deal of time on my enquiries by email and by phone .
I was told the vehicle I was purchasing was absolutely tip top & in perfect condition with zero dents scratches etc .I was sent an excellent video by Jack Carr for my perusal as I live circa 300 miles away I had to make a decision on trust as they did with my part exchange . We cemented a deal and the vehicle was brought to my house as agreed . So seeing it in the real I was very much " Gob Smacked" ,it was not just good it was quite fantastic ,the interior and exterior was as if the vehicle had been purchased a week ago !! I can honestly say this was as good as it can possibly get -no if's no buts . In conclusion to say I am delighted is very
much an understatement !!!!!! These gentlemen are so helpful, reliable & honest as the day is long .OH did I mention Professional ??? My sincere thanks to Jack and Thomas for the way they conducted business and I am most grateful . Stewart Rolfe .

Outstanding customer service
