I came in and bought some hand warmers…
I came in and bought some hand warmers with my husband. As we entered we were greeted with a smile and a hello which was an excellent start to my visit as it is rare to see politeness from the youth these days!!! Next we noticed the store was delightfully warm and the staff were helpful in getting me 4 pairs of hand warmers for only £2.50, WHAT A STEAL!!!
I would undoubtedly shop here again

I bought a beautiful hat
I bought a beautiful hat. I came into millets looking for a hat to buy as a gift for my daughter who is returning (only for Christmas I don’t like her enough to keep her around) from a boarding school that specialises in teaching kids how to make helicopter noises with their mouths. I was served by a lady with some very jazzy pink hair who was ever so helpful and kind that I just had to leave this review.

Amazing
I would like to thank both Charlie and Cheryl for their help today. I was looking for a specific tent which wasn't in stock but a similar item was found which I appreciate. Excellent customer service and top marks for halting what they were doing to participate in the 2 minutes silence for Rememberance.

I bought some boots
I came into millets to buy some boots for my many children, the staff were very helpful and were able to assist me in selecting the boots. Despite having many children I only bought 3 pairs of boots because it dawned on me that only three of my many children have behaved and thus forth have earned a new pair of boots. I don’t remember the staffs name unfortunately however it may have been Angela but I may be wrong.

Great service
Great service, ordered product in shop for standard delivery. The product was dispatched and delivered in less than 2 days. The product was in great condition.
Ordering in store was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely use the service again and recommend to a friend.

New coat purchase
Went in to purchase a new coat for my daughter.
Size and colour required not on the rail so Tricia was very helpful and went out the back to check more stock.
Came back and was apologetic that they didn't have what we required.
Informed me i could order online and save on home delivery postage costs.
After 10 mins we had ordered the coat online and on our way.
Tricia was very helpful and a very good customer sales assistant.

Went to buy some new merrell walking…
Went to buy some new merrell walking shoes and the staff were very helpful especially I presume she was the manager explained after care on my shoes I purchased and she sold me the cleaning kit for them very good customer care service

Fantastic staff and shop.
Fantastic, this small shop in the city center was smart and well staffed. Unsure of what I needed I was helped with accurate advice and got exactly what I needed. The staff were patient and had a great sense of humour.
