New walking boots
We were looking for new boots for my daughter who is training for Ten Tors (Dartmoor) and Elliott was brilliant, He brought a variety of boots to try and his knowledge explaining each pair of boots attributes was outstanding.
We bought some new boots; daughter happy with boots, Dad happy only one shop visited.

Excellent customer experience at Millets Barnstaple
The customer experience at Millets, Barnstaple, is excellent. Elliott served me, yesterday, when I bought new walking boots. I tried a pair on, for fitting, but the colour I preferred wasn’t available in the shop. Elliott went to great lengths to order exactly what I wanted and couldn’t have been more helpful. The boots have already arrived and look great. Being a repeat customer at this branch, this excellent service is typical in my experience.

Good customer service from Barnstable Store
Having tried to purchase a Turbo Flame lighter in Millets at Newquay and Bodmin whilst on holiday without success, I visited Millets at Barnstable who offered to order it for me and have it sent to my home. Mitch went above and beyond what the other stores had done and I came out a happy customer.

I came in looking for some walking boots and spoke to Elliot. He was super helpful and really knowledgeable and held a couple pairs back for me so I had time to decide! Really good experience would recommend anyone to go there if they need any advice on walking kit:)

I was served by Elliott today who was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to selecting and buying some walking trainers. The store was very friendly and I could even take in Betty the cockerpoo with no issues. I ended up coming out with a pair of shoes and don’t know why I tried anywhere else. I will be definitely going back

Great customer service
Visited local store looking for walking boots. The assistant (Mitch) was helpful and constructive and did not push for a sale. I tried several brands and types and found one that was great. It was at Mitch’s suggestion that I tried this one and it was the best. I was left with a very positive impression of the company and Mitch.
