Visited today as a pair of walking boots I purchased 9 months ago became faulty I.e. the sole came off one of them. I had not kept the receipt but had all the info on the boots and my banking app so the store manager authorised a replacement pair. The service was friendly and efficient so I was very happy and would recommend the store to my friends and family.

Close but not Close
Unfortunately there are no Millets near me anymore and my closest is Dorking, 40 minutes by car. I rang beforehand and spoke to Malia if they had a certain Swiss Army knife in stock and then drove down to pick it up. Malia was helpful at every stage and cheerful. Thank you. The store was in good condition, neat, tidy and well organised. If I need anything from Millets, this will be the store I go to.

I saw an item on the website and telephoned the Dorking store to see if it was in stock Amy was very helpful and said she would put it to oneside for me. We went to collect it and she had put it to the deuce with a note on it. She was most helpful

Great service from Josh at Millets Dorking
Josh was amazing and very understanding, I had an issue with a Rucksack I purchased and he resolved the problem very quickly and to my satisfaction and in fact I bought a new smaller bag of the same brand as well . Josh is very knowledgeable and great with customers

I was looking to buy some new walking shoes and, even though she was having to deal with several customers in the shop at once, she stayed cheerful and calm throughout. Went in for a set of walking boots
