Jon made my experience 5*. He was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. He had to put up with me trying on a few pairs of ladies trainers but I got there in the end with his help. Many thanks.

I spent a whole hour today trying walking boots with arch supports. Jon was informative and patient. The service was so exemplary that I am bothering to take time to write this review.

We were served by Alfie today. He is an absolute superstar. If I could give a 10 on trust pilot for Alfie I would have. We needed some walking boots. Alfie showed us the range, advised us on what boots to get, pressed my toes to check the right size. We went through about 5 boots each, and he never pressured us to hurry up. Tremendous high street experience.

Have used this store a couple of times for various footwear for me and my wife - the staff are always super helpful, Jon in particular; he's provided useful advice on getting the right fit for footwear, and is generally approachable and pleasant to interact with!

The products themselves seem good enough for our usage, though time will tell.

Really pleased with the help and advice Jon gave when I bought my new walking shoes. Made my decision that much easier and quicker.

Jon was so helpful and knowledgeable when I went to buy new hiking boots today. He gave me so much information on choosing and taking care of the boots I chose. He also matched the price of the boots to a cheaper on line price plus a national trust discount ..

Great customer service. Millie went out of her way to find me what I was looking for as it wasn’t out on the shop floor, made sure price was the same as I’d seen online.

Visited the store twice today as we had no power or heating due to a power outage. On the first visit the assistant helped me find a gas powered camping stove . On the second visit the same assistant recommended two portable lanterns to help with lighting. Both were excellent products. Saved the day during our 18 hour power cut. Excellent customer service.

I went into Millets in East Grinstead this afternoon. I was looking for a waterproof walking shoe. Alfie served me. What a lovely young man. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave me really good advice on a fully waterproof shoe. I ended up buying the perfect pair.

I received great service from millets today. I went in to buy some hiking boots and socks. Jonny listened carefully to my requirements and asked questions to help me clarify in my own mind exactly what I wanted. I got a great pair of top of the range all-weather hiking boots and socks at discounted prices.

Found everything we needed assisted by Alfie and Archie at the East Grinstead store who were both knowledgeable and enthusiastic which was a great help many thanks.
