Wetroom/washroom
I ve had my bathroom turned into a wash/wet room by the company passmore..
The gentle doing all the work his name is simon he is an absolute legend.
His hard working kind caring and very helpful he has been a pleasure to have around doing the work.
I think we will actually miss him when the wetroom/wash room is completed.
He has also gone above and beyond his also cleaned up all the mess before he leaves.
I can not thank him enough for all his done..

We are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom adaptation. From start to finish, the whole experience was fantastic.
The communication was excellent, everyone arrived on time, and all the people involved were incredibly helpful and respectful of our home. The contractor in particular was brilliant — his workmanship was so neat, tidy and detailed. You could really see the care and pride he put into his work.
The finished bathroom is honestly a masterpiece! The difference it has made is huge, and it has been such a massive improvement for us. It’s not only beautiful, but it is now much more practical and suitable for our needs.
A big thank you to everyone involved for making the whole process so positive and for listening to what we needed. We are genuinely so pleased with the result and would happily recommend this company to anyone needing a bathroom adaptation.

Highly recommend
I can highly recommend the Passmore group. Every member of staff we met was polite and courteous. Our designer, Andy, listened to what we required and came up with a design and suggested products that would work for us. The surveyor, Jack, regularly checked on the quality and progress of the job during fitting. Our fitter, Arran, took pride in his work and ensured our house was left clean and tidy. Excellent customer service too. Thank you Passmore!

Bathroom conversion to wet room
Right from the very start Kenny did the survey and was extremely informative and helpful. Garry our fitter was brilliant, an all round old school type of guy, very friendly, obliging and informative. Kept us informed about his plans for the following day. A real credit to your company. Sad to see him leave, seemed almost like one of the family 🙂.
Not forgetting the two electricians (sorry, didn't catch their names) who cracked on with what they needed to do and did it all very professionally and efficiently.
All in all, well impressed with your guys, pity I couldn't give 6 stars.
Once again, my sincere thanks to all the team involved in our works.

Passmore was highly recommended by a…
Passmore was highly recommended by a friend. We wanted to replace our bath with a walk in shower. Passmore sent a representative who showed us what was possible. There was no pressure and we could choose what ever solution we were happy with . We were incorraged to visit the local show room to view the products that we had chosen. The fitter was first-class ,and gave us just what we wanted.

A wonderful experience
Dave and the rest of the team involved were excellent from the word go, nothing was to much trouble all the work was completed as planned every day and the final outcome was exceptional.I would also like to thank Dave again for the help he gave when I had a medical episode, and with everything done to the highest standard I would recommend both Dave and more bathrooms highly.

Great teamwork from Passmore.
The workers were all lovely chaps, polite, friendly, and kept me advised of what was going on along the way, and what was happening next! They all had their own roles, and got stuck in. We had a few laughs too.
The bath was removed very quickly, and then a lot seemed to happen at once. It was a good experience for me.

We have been very impressed by every aspect of this company.
We have been very impressed by Passmore’s from our initial contact right through to completion of the wet room. Every member of staff has been knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant. The fitters were extremely careful and took pride in their work, cleaning up at the end of each day which minimised the mess and disruption for us. Nigel, the designer, was clearly extremely experienced which gave us confidence that all would go smoothly, and it did! We appreciated the strong commitment to clear and helpful communication and consultation at each point in the process. We are likely to return to the group for future projects.
