Please! Please!! Stay away from these lot, my car failed which wasn’t the problem, they told me to bring my car back the next week as they had to order the part, I took my car home and when I phoned to take it back they told me I had to pay another fee for taking my car home😳😳 why didn’t they told me to leave the car and get it sorted??? In future please explain to your customers what the procedures are before you get them into a situation, I’ve taken my car somewhere else paid another MOT fee and got it sorted, YOU LOT WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN!!!!

Be more customer friendly not so blunt check oil level on dip stick after service mine only just at tip of dip stick had to go back as oil light on will not be coming back after many years of being satisfied cost are getting more like main dealer
