Had to change a TV mount, very helpful.

I was looking to upgrade my projector but noticed the ones I was looking at there were only a few available, and in stores and no where near me. Assumed I was out of luck, but thought I would call the sales team and ask. Glad I did as they had one in the warehouse that was open box and they did me a great deal on it. So if in doubt, pick the phone up.

Matt was very helpful , as was Jerome . I was given different options on what to buy . Also Matt arranged a demo of the hi fi . I must add , I was outside before opening hours , but Matt let me in and arranged the demo . So very helpful and excellent customer service. I had a problem with connection . Have ordered from Richer Sounds for the past four years and have found them excellent. The website is clean and easy to navigate and find what you need. Prices are low and competitive. Almost always deals with money off coupon and bundles. Products are despatched quickly and available to collect at my local branch in Bromley.
