Lovely shop staff
Lovely shop staff. Helpful and knowledgeable. And they had time to talk and there was no pressure to buy. During our conversation they pointed out that I was owed a refund on unused warranty, and we decided to put that credit towards my purchase that day.

I received excellent service from both…
I received excellent service from both Duncan and Zack in your Eton store.
My Samsung TV blacked out and both Duncan and Zack guided me to their service company Mint who without any fuss arranged to pick up the TV. My repaired TV was returned and repaired in 7 days. The chap from Mint reconnected the repaired set. Duncan and Zack arranged a loan TV for the 7 days. Well done to all at Richer Sounds and Mint. Thank you.

I needed to buy a new turntable
I needed to buy a new turntable, and had looked online, but wanted to get some more information rather than trying to decide from the website. The assistant in the shop was very helpful and he enabled me to make a considered decision and purchase. Highly recommend visiting the shop for straight forward advice

Honest and accurate advice
Honest and accurate advice. Able to offer help and support within the shop.
It’s good to chat with people who have excellent knowledge of the equipment they are selling and who won’t patronise you.
I was able to use my knowledge and experience in choosing my purcheses with confidence and certainty being backed up by the salesman. The staff were very friendly and professional - and knew how to joke!

Went into the Eton branch to ask a question the guy in there was so helpful and showed me the products that would help me, they did not have the product in stock he had it sent to my local branch as I was away on holiday, what a Service

Smooth collection & welcome follow-up
Click & collect service to store was incredibly quick and easy and I had a follow-up call a few days later to check everything was ok.
