Richer Sounds - Milton Keynes Avis 

We visited the Milton Keynes store and was assisted by Gilbert who was very pleasant and knowledgeable.
He answered all our questions and we purchased a 42* Samsung Oled.
Have just put it up son wall so obviously too soon to say about product but all seems great.

Had a great experience at the store a few months ago, and have only put this review up after seeing the notification. They were great help walking me through the best quality TVs within my price and were just pleasant all-round. Unfortunately, I can't remember the gentleman's name who helped me but I left pleased and my TV has been great since I got it!

Excellent service from the guys in your Milton Keynes shop, and when I called to let them know that the assembly pack was missing they couldn't have handled it better 😊. I had the replacement pack within 24 hours - cracking service and a quality product 😊

Excellent Customer Service at MK. Both Deputy Manager and the Senior Sales Advisor answered all my questions, paid a lot of attention and went above and beyond when I gave them a wrong billing information to correct it and re-issue the bill with correct details. Great patience, great communication.

Easy ordering process, good communication and competitive pricing. Staff are knowledgeable and very efficient. I wish I had bought my last TV from Richer but I was tempted by an offer on Amazon. Will not make the same mistake again. The only thing that stops me giving 5 stars is the opening time of the shop. 11AM is too late.

I purchased a Ruark RS1 Sub to go with my existing R3s. The two work very well together and the subwoofer, despite its size, produces quite a bit of bass. It does need setting up though, to avoid it being overpowering.
The service from Richer Sounds was, as always, very good!

Great experience with the team from Milton Keynes. Took delivery of my preordered speakers but the stands were unfortunatley on backorder. No problem at all, the guys loaned me a brand new set of stands to get the full use of my speakers whilst we await the arrival of mine. A really kind gesture and massively appreciated.

Recently bought a new TV from Richer Sounds. I felt like the offer was a good one (with 6 year warranty), and the service provided was brilliant. Aiden was particularly fantastic and delivered great customer service. My first purchase with Richer Sounds, but won't be my last.

After discussion with staff in Milton Keynes store about my requirements they suggested AE1 40th Anniversary speakers. These arrived in 2 days and were an excellent choice. Appreciate the knowledgeable and unbiased opinions of staff to help me make a great purchase.

I wanted to update my record deck but didn't want to shop online and not know what I was getting for my money. I googled for a physical store and came across Richer Sounds, I checked reviews and then found a store within 40 mins of where I lived. I visited with my husband to have a look. They guys were really lovely, knowledgeable and helped me choose something within my budget. They set up the record deck, amplifier and speakers in their sound room, I loved this as I was able to listen and enjoy the music with no outside noise.

As this was to be a birthday present with family clubbing together I ordered a couple of weeks later. It came within a couple of days. I went into store and the guys went through how to set it all up when I got home.

A great experience from the start. I would 100% recommend Richer Sounds and will be using them again.

I'm now all set up at home and enjoying my vinyl again.

Spoke to the manager, who seemed to know what he was talking about,
I rang back another day, spoke to another member of staff who had no idea about any of the products I was talking about even though the shop sell these brands, still no wiser on my issue

Delivered on time and product fine, although expensive at full price, so happy I got a discount on a price match.

Would use again

Ordered on a Wednesday evening and goods were ready to collect Monday.
Best price around for the products I wanted.

Let me start by saying that over the past year I have genuinely made two/three purchases from Richer Sounds.
I haven't got money to throw around - they were a big spend - but I don't really think that I would have made purchase number two if any of them was bad.

I vote for things with my feet and don't go back if service, value, advice etc don't sit right with me.

So, starting last year when I made my first audio purchase I was quite surprised by the amount of pre-purchase time that the advisor gave me and a family member as we evaluated a number of speakers. Purchased them and they were delivered.

In a way that's the hard bit done, but what stood out was the care and professionalism of the delivery, further guidance.

Within a few months it was obvious that I needed to change my amplifier - which although still functioning well after 12 plus years, - was not up to it.
Again, the same help, guidance and suggestions enabled me to get my choice down to a couple, but then decided to make a change in my plans to add good streaming capabilities to my setup. No problem and again lots of assistance and help again with 'fine tuning' hints. What struck me (apart from realising my 80's/90's/2000's knowledge was well out of date) was the way advice, explanations, demonstration was given in a non patronising manner with no-pressure assistance.
I also need to add that the delivery arrangements worked perfectly. This was important to me as both my mobility issues and my location has presented difficulties to some couriers.

So, this led to my last order this June. I realised I might be missing out on a TV I wanted.
I contacted the store and spoke to one of the sales guys Adam, who had helped me earlier.
Problem solved over the phone for a delivery later.

Well, I think that's all my budget blown for the next few years :-) but I don't feel disappointment. I am experiencing what I had hoped for - good AV stuff as they advised.

I will stop here, and just say the Richer Sounds store in Milton Keynes was clearly excellent in the way we got treated. The gear I'm using is great, and I hope to use Richer Sounds again in the future.
