Great service from start to finish, would definitely recommend, staff friendly and very helpful

Been in Norwich City for many many years but pricey but well respected trader

arrived and within ten minutes my Cambridge Audio exn was ordered and arrive the very next day, as usual staff were very friendly helpful and knowledgeable all in all great experience

I have been purchasing hifi products from Richer Sounds since Julian opened the first store at London Bridge and have always been a satisfied customer. In recent years, I have found the staff at the Norwich branch to be very helpful and knowledgeable.

Poor sales?

Very helpful on the phone and always good on price.

Tv and mount in stock, matched John Lewis price and beat them with 6 year warranty.

When deliveries started to awry I was beginning to be concerned, but the lengths that the Norwich team went to in resolving the issue were impressive. Good communication and made sure I left with a smile.

Seb made the effort to what i wanted like it was his own place and gave me a lot of options to what I was looking for and wasn't pushing me to get things that wouldn't work for me and was really helpful and productive with me asking questions when he suggested things that I wanted more info on I got the best stuff that I needed and wanted from him would recommend talking to him when it comes to systems

The staff were helpful and friendly Made a comment about my Richer Sounds customer number as never seen one so low. Explained I used to use the London Bridge store back in the 70's

Needed to replace a basic streamer for realistically just for streaming radio from my iPad. The advice was as usual helpful on all options. As I already purchased a EVO 150 SE the advice was practical on what I needed nothing more nothing less price etc.
So great stuff Richer sound .top notch stuff.

I called on a Wednesday and knew more or less what I wanted for an amp but needed advice for the right speakers to go with it. Roger at the Norwich shop suggested Wharfdale Diamond speakers . The next day I called to order them and on Friday they arrived with an extra payment for next day delivery . The speakers are fantastic as is the Marantz amp.
