Richer Sounds - Prestwich Avis 

Great service, great recommendation for a turntable. Had an issue when I set it up, called up and they sorted it immediately.

Pleased to get the items ordered, with a small discount and the delivery was flawless.
Nevertheless, probably sound like a bit of a grump but I was expecting more of an experience with coming into store - I had done my research and it appeared I seemed to know more about the items than the sale staff and a couple of times he gave me incorrect information which I won't go into. It definitely wouldn't stop me ordering from richer sounds but I might just buy online in future or perhaps try another store.

Received great service from Ellis who discussed what TV I needed and explained various options. Ordering was easy in the store, and delivery of both TV and stand were well within the time frame given. The couriers DPD were very efficient and friendly. Overall a great shopping experience for someone who isn't technically minded!! Can't beat a local store with knowledgeable staff who will take the time to advise you.

Great customer service, I recently purchased some headphones. I was able to get a good demonstration of the product, which made me know the product was right for me.

I always use richer sounds for any of my audio or TV needs. The customer service is second to none and all the staff are informed and knowledgeable, willing to take the time to explain answers to any questions that are asked.
The prices are always competitive and quite often cheaper than other retailers.
The delivery of my newest TV was quick and the delivery guys were helpful and respectful.
Overall richer sounds are at the top of their game, and have been for all the years I have been using them.

I arrived 30 minutes prior to closing. I experienced excellent advice and didn’t feel rushed. Despite purchasing at close of day, I was still offered next day delivery. I was kept informed of delivery times and all went well. I hadn’t arranged installation but had a small issue in setting up. I telephoned the shop, again close to closing time and they arranged an installer to come out the same evening.
Outstanding customer care. Plus highly competitive pricing.

Staff in store were quick to help, professional and polite. The show room is small but well laid out and it was great being able to see the system in person, even though I already pretty much knew what I wanted. Delivery service was also great.

I googled for a 24 inch TV for my caravan and Richer Sounds showed as the cheapest due to a club deal extra saving by quite a long way and when I checked there was a store reasonably local in an area I was picking something else up from so called in to pick one up but they had sold one the previous day or two and was waiting for stock so delivered one free of charge within 2 days so can't ask for better than that and was served by Andy who was very knowledgeable and customer focused.
