Richer Sounds - Southgate Avis 

Very helpful and patient. Needed setup advice post purchase and service I received was excellent.

We had some helpful advice about a 43 inch TV, especially the sound. We spoke to two assistants at different times and they were both very knowledgeable.

Delivery was delayed due to bad weather and rescheduled without consulting me. I had a family wedding and needed to leave home by 11.30. Mailed on day before to request that delivery be before 11.30 in the quoted time of 11-2pm but they weren't able to give assurances. In the end it came arount 11,45 and I was a little late for the wedding. I was given a credit note for £25 to compensate me for the missed delivery which was nice of them. I do, however, understand Richers difficulties. Close but no cigar!

After listening to what we were after Dan took us through the options and suggested what would work best for us. When we got it all set up at home we were very impressed by the sound quality. In a nutshell a great experience courtesy of Dan's friendly manner and knowledge of the various products.

Great service received from Dan in the Southgate store. Very helpful, informative and professional.
Only negative was when product was delivered by a third party partner who was late and a promised 2 man delivery ( as it was a large tv) was only delivered by 1 person. I would still recommend Richer Sounds but would expect a better quality of delivery.

The guys in there are always courteous, knowledgeable, highly responsive and are very good with their suggestions or alternative offerings for anything you need to buy. Their delivery service was also very efficient in the latest buy I made, and the TV bought is magnificent and has a 6 year warranty. I've been using this branch for many years and they have never failed me.

Have always used this branch at Southgate, but more recently in the last couple of months as wanted a Hi-Fi system as was unsure of what to purchase, Ali and every member of his team were so helpful, all with great advice and always with a smile, they have created a lovely atmosphere in the store and even if they have been short staffed service was first rate, this is just good old fashioned customer service as it should be, other retailers could learn a lot from here... so thanks guys all your help was much appreciated

Nothing beats going to a shop and building a relationship with the sales team. i have been Southgate many times and they are always so helpful.
Dan is my go to man but when he wasn't in the other day i spoke to Corina. she was also really helpful.
i wanted to buy a record player (turntable) and they told me pros and cons to help me decide. yes its easy to buy online and hunt around for best price, but there is nothing like going into a shop and buying the products. Richer sounds prices are usually same as you can find online, so why not support your local shops.

Another amazing shopping experience as normal. Value for money due to competitive pricing with first class service which is second to none. Phone answered by real people who care.

The viewing studio was good and the price was good too and the manager Ali who dealt with us was really helpful and informative

Usual efficient experience at Richer Sounds. I had already done my research on the TV I wanted so it was a quick vist to RS to purchase.
The sales assistant was able to offer a speedy delivery at no extra costs that was expected and a welcome gesture.

Researched the tv I wanted and found it at Richer Sounds. I called the store in Southgate and spoke to Mac. I purchased the television with him over the phone and he placed the order. He was very helpful and made the process easy, thankyou very much. Recieved my order quicker than anticipated and Im very happy and enjoying my new purchase 😁

Fantastic service from Mak at the Southgate branch. I wanted a Sony Bravia TV which was out of stock but Mak recommended a Mitchell and Brown TV as an alternative and I’ll have to say it was a good choice.
