I will go out of my way to buy from Richer Sounds. The ordering and delivery service runs so smoothly and takes a lot of stress out of big purchases.

Purchase of Panasonic TV
Sales team were extremely efficient. Deliver and installation were as promised. Only slight hiccup was the registration of the warranty with Panasonic which was a Panasonic error

Everything is fine the TV, delivery no problem. The issue I experienced I was unable to purchase on line as your system declined my payment. Ok using tele sales. Apart from this let’s see how the TV performs

Excellent bar the delivery
Excellent telesales service and great price. Delivery bang on time too. Only issue - delivery was to the wrong address, even after we went through the delivery address very carefully. So lose a star for that

Nearly went elsewhere.
However glad i didn't.

This is the first time I have used Richer Sounds.I rang telesales as I had a couple of queries regarding Samsung cash back.
