Bought by telesales to avoid soulless online experience. Spoke to very professional and friendly salesmanager (Vic). Everything went perfectly and he arranged exact delivery schedule which was met.

Transaction was smooth but web site was wrong
Transaction was smooth, delivery was quick however the product description on the web site was wrong, in two different ways. Whilst the errors (no remote included, no FM Tuner/DAB) were significant, I ended up keeping the product

What can we say about Richer Sounds, well as usual they are a fantastic company to buy from their Customer service is brilliant they are kind and nonweldable about their products and i have shopped with them for 40 years. We recently bought the Samsung Q 990 F sound bar with rear triple firing speaker it is an amazing price of kit we love it and with a full 6 year warranty the price was a no brainer. Once again thanks to everyone at this great store and online retailers from Richard & Ernie.

One of the best, I purchased a TV from Richer Sounds.
If ever you need it, hopefully not they have a great warranty on TVs and excellent customer support.

Website didn't edit "text instructions" from county box
Went around in circles whilst online as for some reason it did not accept my address. Quick phone call placed order and paid very efficiently. Very helpful staff. Next day delivery. Great price.
