Raja the new manager dealt with me I reserved a 35 at the hayes store ! however as there was a pillar in the unit I felt very misled however raja took me for a tour and explained everything in detail... Voir plus

The room is perfect for our needs, and if you are looking for professionalism and a reassuring storage experience, then I would highly recommend Safestore in Hayes.

These 5 stars are for Elmi who has been fantastic and helpful during a very stresful time with no lift and no support from the office with extra hand on site . I have been told for last 4 weeks that lift would be fixed with next few days and still not working and the office still collect payment. They are 2 men who have been doing their best but not enough to handle all other customers request who wanted to bring down and take up their items to above floors. Elmi always tried to assist us and do his best with limited resources.

Raja the new manager dealt with me I reserved a 35 at the hayes store ! however as there was a pillar in the unit I felt very misled however raja took me for a tour and explained everything in detail the benefits etc infact in the end I went for a 50 soft I have to admit its the service and him representing his brand with pride he walked the extra mile even spoke to management for me kept in contact as promised thank you raja and I wish you the best of luck with your career journey absolute hats of !!!!
