Spaces - 8 Queen's Road East Avis 

My company rented a private office in Spaces Hong Kong for 3 years. The lease ended on April 30, 2026. We submitted the request to return the retainer to our bank account on April 22. As of now we did not receive any refund. As per the agreement Spaces should refund to us within 30 days. Even worse we are not able to reach our anyone. Just got one email from someone at backend said that because of the oversight from Spaces our deposit will not be refunded until Jul 2. One month later after the committed time. After this we have no way to reach anyone else. Just ignore all our emails. It’s so disappointing for such a well known company to treat their client like this. I won’t recommend Spaces to others

The community team at QRE8 is incredibly helpful and efficient! But the elevator system is a real hassle.

The location is great but the way this company do business is unheard of. Their sale schema is ruthless. They increased their price 20%/yearly for my renewal while the economy is bad in Hong Kong, inflation is less than 2% and their occupancy is far from full. They increase just because they want.
After arguing about the price increase, they made me an offer (still with increase) that I accepted. Then they decided to not go forward with this offer and went back to their original 20% increase.
It seems to me like bully business practice. I wish HK law would protect better against this type of practices.

The receptionist is helpful and flexible.
Overall environment is well maintained, except the airflow, ventilation and air conditioning in the phone booth is not very good

Everything was great, staff are nice and welcoming. Just one minor drawback, the air-conditioning has to be shared with the neighbouring tenant, and it is rather cold as they always switch it to the lowest possible temperature and it is not comfortable to stay at the office unit - gotta go and work at the common area instead (which is very nice)

SPACES has been providing excellent co-working space for us since day we move in. The staff here are super helpful and respond promptly very little issue arises.

Your work place is your second home and this place feels almost better than home.

Overall experience is great. Good internet connection, CS, and environment. A great opportunity to meet different people and get to know different businesses.
