Great fun at bowling and the arcades, Friendly atmosphere. My son won lots of tickets and even other people playing gave him some! Staff were so lovely and friendly. A great afternoon!

Went there 3 months ago and a fight…
Went there 3 months ago and a fight broke out and a guys head was rammed into my motorbility vehicle my autistic son was scared I got out and had a go then 9 people started threatening me standing round my vehicle.
The security guard blocked me from getting in my car and was recorded talking to 6 of them at there car saying there's 7 of them we can take him and we went back there last night after we complained to head office but heard nothing back they never asked for evidence which i have and when we was there last night the same security guy was there and started threatening very aggressively.
It seems the staff just dont care as they stuck up for him after hearing the proof of hes threats and said it happened in the car park that's not to do with us it belongs to next door and I said you rent it as they won't let you use it for free so how dare they lie and they also said hes doing hes job when hes the 1 who started it.
Its disgusting how they treat the criminal like royalty and turn the victim into the criminal there all out of order and I dont recommend tenpin as it is not a safe environment especially for autistic children and as for head office and there complaints dept shame on them for allowing a s um bag security guard to continue working there after what he did.

Front of house staff were friendly and…
Front of house staff were friendly and efficient , my children enjoyed their games of bowling. Venue is good however the food was appalling. Burgers were bone dry , buns were so dry they were falling apart , the “ chicken burger with mayonnaise” was equally bone dry.. without mayonnaise. As the food took so long to be served my guess is that it was under a hot plate for far too long. Next time we will get Mc Donald’s on the way home. I didn’t complain at the time as my children were insistent that I just let it be, and I did not wish to upset them.

Overall very good
Overall very good, clean and tidy and staff were helpful and polite. Only one small complaint, we were booked for 12 noon, arrived at 11.45 but weren’t able to play until 12:20. I think this was due to lack of staff. The staff were very busy. Will definitely visit again.

Expensive for what you get
I had a lovely time here with my two daughters who are 5 and 7. My only grumbles are that when I went to book online I selected to play 2 games. After clicking to the next page I then got a suggested deal come up for bowling and a pizza. It was a little cheaper than the price which had previously come up, so I selected it. I assumed it was 2 games and a pizza as I had selected the 2 game option. However, when we arrived at tenpin, I was told it was only 1hr of bowling and a single pizza. Not great value for £40! I feel that the booking process should be clearer.

Tuesday deal was great
Tuesday deal was great. One game for 6 of us with burgers and chips was great price.
Didn’t realise the junior burger included chips so I ordered more online and we all had plenty to eat!

A good experience at bowling

Good bowling experience
Enjoyed the bowling with my granddaughter and husband. The reason I dropped a star was the wait for our food, our granddaughter was very hungry after beating her grandparents!

The lane was not clean and clear of food and drink, from the previous users.
Could not get hot drinks, because machine not working for the bar staff.
Could not get nachos because microwave was not working!
Online booking didn't work.
