Visited for my daughter and her friends joint party at Tenpin Swansea. It was fantastic, well planned and managed, the staff on shift were lovely,chatty and friendly - all were great with the children. The parties are great value for money, would highly recommend.

Great facilities
Great facilities. Really clean. Very friendly staff. Booked time slot in advance and it was available right on time with no waiting. Great choice of food and drinks.

The booking in process was quick and we enjoyed our games. The only issue we had was the card machine to pay for drinks, which was very slow.

We had a really good time celebrating a birthday. I had an issue with the toilet, but once I informed the staff it was dealt with immediately.
My only negative would be, having paid for two games online in advance, when we decided to play one more, it worked out quite expensive. Perhaps, in an instance like this, the price could be more reasonable. However, it didn't spoil our positive experience on the day.

The ladies toilets were awful
The ladies toilets were awful, terrible smell and generally dirty with stuff all over the floor, also karaoke booth was extremley hot, would have been more enjoyable if air con or fans provided
