Today at 910am i was very unfortunate to encounter a minor mechanical issue with my vauxhall keyfob leaving me temporarily stranded in busy rush hour traffic fortunately i was able to navigate to Toni Lavoi Lakeside Vauxhall. I cannot emphasize how stressed i was as a disabled driver and confused by the way a civil servant checked my identification and proof of ownership of the vehicle all because i had a minor breakdown.On entrance to the dealership i was show consideration and importance that my welfare was the first issue to look after, my wellbeing and help immediately. The service front desk were impeccable and calm i myself was still very upset bye my roadside ordeal.The service manager mr Potter was calming reassured me it was no problem and swiftly replaced my faulty keyfob with a new replacement battery and assurred me any motability needs were always addressed swiftly and showing calmness and care to my amazement the traumatic roadside issues were all behind me."Thankyou sincerely for completely changing my morning into a positive day i will endure to change my service needs to Toni Lavoi Vauxhall lakeside all because of customer care i was shown Mr Potter "👏👏👏🫵👍👍👍👍

have been going to the same place since I purchased my car the staff are great could be more intensive on your query as I don't think the chap was listening on what I was saying the service I had today on the car was good
not to sure on what they did as you don't
get anything to say what was replaced or topped up not like it was back in the day wen you received paper work do like the video you receive on the condition of the underside of the car and if there is any problem that needs to be
considered in the next mot glad I took out the plan for the mot and service once a year

First and last time
First and last time I’ll ever contact this dealership! I’d heard bad things, but thought I’d give you the benefit of the doubt. How wrong I was!
Called them to book my vehicle in for a recall.
Got through to a rather rude female, who couldn’t have been more unhelpful if she’d tried. Shocking customer service.
We all have bad days, but this lady, well, she deserved an Oscar for her performance!
I asked if I could drop my vehicle in one evening and leave it overnight, she went away, came back and said NO. No explanation why?
I asked if I could bring my vehicle in on a Saturday and her reply again was NO. I asked how I’m supposed up bring my vehicle in when I work Monday to Friday, her reply was ‘well take it somewhere else then’….. Rude!
Needless to say, I took her superb advice and got it booked in with another dealership, who couldn’t do enough for me, AND booking it in on a Saturday.
So, my suggestion TLV Lakeside, is to give your staff a little bit of customer service training or get shot of them as you’ve most certainly lost a future customer. Once the recalls completed, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, anywhere but with TLV and Vauxhall.
Perhaps consider allowing the customers you do have to bring their vehicles in on a Saturday or drop it off of an evening, unless of course you do have that facility but your incompetent staff member couldn’t quite grasp that?
I’ll leave that thought with you..

Very good company listen to what you want when buying new car.
Bèen dealing with Tony Le voi for a few years know and they have always been fair and go out of there way to help you out best car dealers around.
