So I said to myself, no way will we find any organic farmyard manure here in Barnstaple …….. how wrong! 103 bags of Levingtons. Yay. In I go - nice smiley welcome from a young man at the till ……. he reminds me of their 3 for 2 deal, then comes out and loads a dozen bags onto my trailer ( I’m getting on a bit so that assistance was very gratefully received) all the while cheerful and chatty. Result. Big shout out for Ryan - thanks mate.

The staff in the Wickes branch Barnstaple are very helpful - we have been doing up our property and the staff there have gone the extra mile to help us, especially Samantha who is always smiling nothing too much trouble. Thank you for making the building buying a bit more easier.

I've been using Wickes for quite some time now to get materials for my work. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Sammy is always smiling and pleasant when I get to the tills.
It makes a difference when the staff recognise your face and say hello

I needed some DIY products so I visited my local wickes store in Barnstaple. The store was tidy and well laid out, I needed some timber and the selection was vast and in pretty good condition. I got exactly what I needed for my project.
The staff seemed busy but were very helpful when I needed some advice.
The guy on the till was really friendly and efficient. Would recommend for all DiY needs.

from the moment I walked in the store I was greated with a warm and welcoming good morning from a very friendly older chap at the till, the staff went above and beyond to find and carry the items i purchased for me to my car i can't praise the service i received enough I'd definitely give more than 5 star's if I could.

I have been waiting over a week for a delivery of heat logs notwithstanding escalating the issue on numerous occasions with your customer services team. I am led to believe the issue cannot be resolved until there has been a store discussion with City Sprint which is not my concern. Very poor service, I would urge caution in the use of the delivery service at the moment.

Andy Burgess, the kitchen designer was absolutely brilliant with us and helped us redesign our kitchen to ensure we got the best out of the space. He was friendly and professional and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great experience in store. Highly recommended kitchen designer service in store.

I was in your Barnstaple store recently and purchased some wood for a DIY project. I would like thank your colleagues Connie and Darren they went above and beyond, Darren held my wood whilst I paid for said items. They were both engaging and entertaining and added a human touch to the experience of shopping with yourselves the banter was also greatly appreciated. Please do thank them for their great service and being part of making day a good one whilst spending money.

Visited Wickes in Barnstaple to decide on decor and flooring as well as plumbing requirements and spent over £200 in store.
Today I have a parking excess notice from their parking company informing me I outstayed my welcome by an hour whilst in store.
However on calling Wickes Customer Services the parking fine was rescinded.
Well done TR, very much appreciated.

So 1 star for Parking issue and 5 stars for TR and Wickes overall willingness to resolve issue.
