The Wickes Community Fund
The Wickes Community Fund (Durham Store) kindly donated some plastic containers and small garden hand tools to our primary school. This was to assist with a project our history lead is carrying out, to enhance the learning experience for our children. I dealt with Simon Ford and he was very helpful and responded to me in a timely way. Thank you for your kind donation!

Tired Nursery Garden
We contacted Wickes Durham about revamping our tired Nursery garden. Simon, who dealt with our request, was extremely generous and eager to help us. The process was easy and the items were all ready to collect. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, offering their advice on how to care for products. We would definitely recommend Wickes and can not thank them enough!

AESC - supporting our local community
AESC are helping local schools by sending teams of volunteers to clean, paint, repair, wash, weed and ultimately transform their unusable/rundown outdoor areas.
These schools have little to no budget and generally have a higher than average social deprivation.
Lynsey Wilson and the team at Wickes kindly donated some tools and materials to support our volunteering programme.
These are hugely appreciated by all and ultimately will benefit the local community.

A BIG shout out to the team at Wickes Durham! Lesley W has been a superstar helping out our school. Harry Watts applaud you! In super quick time she had sorted out supplies to donate to the school to create a useable garden area for our kids. Lesley and the team were friendly and efficient and nothing was a problem for them.

Our company Durham Alliance for Community Care provides Day Care in local communities.
Our company Durham Alliance for Community Care received a donation from Wickes Durham to spend on products in the store. Everything we needed to keep our gardens looking lovely for our members we found and were able to take away.

Fantastic Service and Charity
I dealt with Lesley at the Durham Store which had just opened. I popped in on behalf of our Scout group to see if the could donate anything to help us with a project we are currently doing.
The team were fantastic and donated well over £900 worth of good to our cause for free!
Lesley liaised with me in a timely manner and was always efficient.
Thanks to the Lesley and the Durham team for helping out our Scout Group, your support is making such a massive difference to our scout hut we are now being able to build a dedicated craft room!
