Staff member Dave was very helpful. He read the list my husband had provided for me and located each item. I was very grateful for this. Wickes is a large DIY centre so to know that with a list of product numbers I will return home , several miles away, with the correct items is invaluable. Many thanks team Dave and Wickes

Simon the designer was brilliant and had great ideas and made the best of our bathroom space, and the fitter Andy was excellent, his workmanship was second to none . We have had many comments on how brilliant our bathroom looks, we are really pleased with the quality and the service.

I was trying to find a product in your store and asked a member of staff his name was mick he was very friendly polite and helpful. He was very helpful and also helped me unload the sand and cement into my car.

Arrived in the store with an idea of which silicone I needed but I wasn’t 100% certain. I asked a lady called Chrissy and she was able to exactly pinpoint me to which silicone I needed etc with great knowledge and pointed me in the right direction. Chrissy was a lovely lady with top notch customer service and definitely is in the correct job, her knowledge and politeness will definitely make me choose Wickes over Homebase. - Thanks a lot Chrissy!

I went to Wicks Lancaster to look at bathroom suites. I was only looking for now but whilst there I spoke to 2 different staff members and both took the time to listen to what I was looking for and gave me advice.
I was then directed to another staff member who took my details and explained that I can go back with measurements and pictures for them to assess the bathroom size/area and help me to pick a bathroom suite.
They also said they will even come to our house if that would help.
Top class service from very friendly professional staff.

I was on vacation from Canada and was in need of a plunger to clear my mum’s bog. The staff were very helpful in directing me to the correct aisle and helping me with my choice (handle length and colour).
The blockage and my conscience were cleared upon my return to the house. Epic win!!

Always the friendliest and most helpful staff. It can be daunting visiting a DIY store as a female but the staff really do make you feel comfortable when asking for advice.

Very helpful staff when we called recently to look at the bathroom range , they were knowledgeable and full of suggestions and ideas. We’ll definitely be returning for more advice when we’re ready to order. Many thanks to the team.

Went in for several different things I needed but I’m useless at DIY.
Spoke to two staff and the manager who we’re all really helpful, they asked what I needed one tool for and recommended a cheaper and more suitable option for the job I was doing, which was good.

This store has a great range of products, i recently bought tools and boards for my loft, easy to find what I wanted, friendly staff on the checkouts and within the store.

I'm a regular customer to Wickes Lancaster.
Decided to choose them for designing our new kitchen mainly due to being competitive on price and previous excellent customer experience.
Simon was prompt for the appointment at our home to measure the kitchen. The designing and everything ordered, once we'd agreed with his great design, within days.
I have to say that as I was fitting the kitchen myself I returned a couple of times to ask questions (lack of knowledge on my behalf) and was blown away by how helpful all the staff were.
Organising delivery was a doddle they contacted me, told me how space was needed and agreed a delivery day.
Kitchen looks nice, sense of achievement immensely satisfying.

Frequently shop at this Wickes and the staff are always very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

I use the Wickes Lancaster store regularly from general DIY materials to kitchens and bathrooms. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and have always gone the extra mile to resolve any minor issues that I may have had.
