Wickes - Trowbridge Avis 

The fitter, Andy was brilliant and kept me informed of all updates.
I'm really happy with the standard of work and would recommend them.

Went to Wickes to get some paint samples needed help and Jess was fantastic really helpful really great customer service

We had a kitchen design appointment booked at Wickes Trowbridge- confirmed by email and scheduled four days in advance. We travelled from Bath during rush hour, spending nearly an hour on the road, only to be met with complete indifference. The staff casually informed us that the designer had extended their holiday, and no one had bothered to notify us that the appointment was cancelled.

No apology. No ownership. Just a dismissive, “That’s odd.”

This level of disorganisation and disregard for customers is absolutely unacceptable. We had been seriously considering a Wickes kitchen, but this experience has completely changed our minds. If this is how they treat potential customers, we dread to think how they handle actual projects.

Poor communication between the store, customer experience and our fitter leaving us without a shower for 3 weeks during the hottest weather, when it was a simple replacement needed. Terrible customer service when I called on 16th July. Could hear the manager telling the person on the phone what to say in very dismissive and rude tone. Was told to wait until our design consultant was back from annual leave to get an answer, which I said was not good enough when that was another week and we’ve been waiting weeks already, for quite a simple replacement. Very disappointing. On the plus side, our fitter has been amazing!

Very engaged staff, Hannah taking great pains to make sure that we got what we wanted, and a good relationship between Hannah and the excellent fitter Matt produced a lovely kitchen,

We are replacing a 20 year old Wickes kitchen with another. Hannah has worked very hard to include our wish list for the new design, and we are looking forward to it being fitted.

Hannah showed us exactly what we were looking for, for our kitchen. Great customer service, very friendly and kind. Would definitely recommend.

Our design consultant Neil Brown was excellent from our first meeting. He was attentive to our comments & questions during the design process of our kitchen & helpful in every detail even taking note of our budget & advising suitable appliances … he even noticing when l needed to take some medication & went & found me a bottle of water.
I could not recommend Neil high enough - if you’re looking for a new kitchen I would recommend you go & seek out Neil Brown at Wickes Trowbridge… tell him I sent you!

Paul, kitchen designer was extremely helpful and knowledgeable throughout the while new kitchen design and installation. The whole experience was stress free.

Hannah was extremely helpful and a great eye for design. She went over and beyond to help us put our ideas into a plan. Unfortunately we were let down by Wikes who messed up our tile order resulting in not fulfilling the order and tiles no longer in stock.

We were recently supported by Neil Brown for a home visit and in store design appointment.

Neil took the time to understand our needs and preferences for our new kitchen and we were delighted with the choices made.

Neil had exceptional attention to detail, ensuring the finest detail and practicalities were considered throughout.

Thank you for a brilliant service, we’d recommend him to anyone!

Our cashier Nuno was extremely helpful and patient with us, he went above and beyond to find us the best deal with our purchases and even saved us £ 90!

Thought I'd try Wickes Trowbridge as it's close.
I don't think you could find a more lacklustre store and
staff anywhere in the country.
I have often popped in on the off chance that what is on the website would correspond to what they have on there shelves . . . . . . or if the staff could actually find it? But no, yet again; 'Yeah we should have one on the shelf, oh well it should be, computer says we have. All the staff give out that vibe that they are getting over a very heavy night out the day before.
Absolutely useless, not recommended.

At least they've been consistent.

I went into Wicks trowbridge today having no idea to what to get. And a very kind gentleman called Tom was very helpful. Not only did he loaded and pull the trolley, he also loaded the car. Very good customer service.

Fantastic kitchen design & support from Hannah at Wickes. We had the measurements completed at home a couple of weeks ago and then came into Wickes to go through designs and ideas. Hannah was extremely knowledgeable and supportive, guiding us through choices and appropriate kitchens that would be most useful and safe for a blind person and somebody with physical difficulties. Her product knowledge and creative ideas gave us a design of a kitchen we did not think possible.
We highly recommend Wickes as the service is fantastic, kitchen designs are great and you feel valued as customers from the very start. 😃

Absolutely appalling. Not one single thing good about them. Flooded a section of our house and took a year for them to pay any kind of compensation for damage. Continually difficult and obstructive to deal with. There is not one good thing I could say about this company.

Recently visited Wickes Trowbridge, Paul was really helpful and gave me all the information I needed for a future kitchen project. Paul gave me great confidence and I will be back when ready to go! Thank you for your help!
