Very kind and helpful smiley staff. Had a problem with part of order and they went above and beyond to rectify it which I find is becoming rare these days.

yess said there were 10 in stock in birmingham and i ordered on the Yess
yess said there were 10 in stock in Birmingham and i ordered on the Yess website but hey linked me to the birkenhead branch because it is the closest to me delivery address and birkenhead branch are stating there are none in stock and i am still waiting for delivery 11 days after ordering even though they state 1-2 days delivery and the yes website states "10 in stock available for delivery"
A representative from birkenhead stated "The delivery information would be correct if we had the items in stock to deliver.
But as we have had to source these from the supplier, the delivery has taken longer unfortunately."
and
"To clarify the stock query again: the website shows total stock across the Yesss group, not stock held at each individual branch. Birkenhead had none in stock, which is why this had to be ordered in from our supplier, MK."
This is all a scam and mis advertising

4 days to source a bag of crimps, store staff who are clueless and/or rude. The woman in the Newport IOW branch has just been bloody rude my wife, awful experience.

Company employs poor drivers
At Birdlip on the A417 one of their drivers almost forced us off the road, van reg number FJ 73 RUW
I wouldn't trust a company that employs such poor and ill bannered drivers.
