Terrible service
I have been in long discussion with your company and have yet another issue. Firstly the order I placed just didn't arrive. Two weeks later I get a text saying It had been cancelled due to stock issue. nobody answers the email so I have to call several times. I then place a second order since I spoke to a gentle man on the phone and he said "yes we have two in stock so I will hold one for you". Weeks go by and still no order. Baring in mind I had paid for 24hr shipping for all the orders. On the phone again and their reason being the box was damaged so it never got shipped. Why you didn't tell me? Who knows. On the phone again and the nice man gave me a gift voucher because of the such poor service. this parcel then took so long to arrive that I was worried the same thing would happen again. Little did I know every time I had to phone I WAS BEING CHARGED. I am not happy to pay this phone bill even through it is just under £10. It is safe to say I will not be ordering again from this website. My view is that they aren't answering emails or getting in touch with customers is just a way of making money through their phone bills.

I appreciate the juice is a 20/80 mix…
I appreciate the juice is a 20/80 mix which impacts flavour etc but I'm not new to vaping but this juice was impossible to smoke as the nic volume felt way to excessive and I have thrown the full bottle away, was looking forward to the product but extremely disappointed

Sorry to hear that you had an issue with the product, but we are not sure of the basis for this review as you ordered a short-fill eliquid where you add your own Nicotine in the form of Nic Shots?
If you were new to vaping perhaps you should have added a little Nicotine, tried it then added some more until you reached the desired strength. We would also have been more than happy to offer advice if you had sought it.
