Excellent - There was an issue with the computer system and I didn’t get an order confirmation email however when I called to query this the person who answered was very helpful and took all my details and passed it on to the relevant department, I got a call back within minutes of my initial call with an explanation and confirmation of my order, order arrived next day and was very well packaged, lovely item , excellent all round.

Loved my purchase which is for Xmas present ...delivery was quick although the driver could find our address and delivered it to a post office which was 10miles away from where we actually live
No fault of this company the fault lay with the delivery company

The website was extremely informative in helping me make my choice of watch winder. A few days after placing my order, I also received a telephone call to confirm my order as there had been an issue with their emails. Alistair couldn’t have been more helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Customer service has been amazing and I’ve been kept up to date with the order. I explained that I needed the winder by Saturday for my husband’s birthday, so Alistair took the parcel direct to the delivery company in order for me to get it on time!

Top service, great products, even initialed and got next day. If only all companies had this commitment. Well done in my faves list.
