Excellent product as you would expect from Wolf but the addition of initials to make it extra special for a landmark birthday was superb. Also exceptional customer service....I received a call to confirm details of my order less than an hour after placing it and received the items within 24hrs with free delivery. Would wholeheartedly recommend. I’d love to see a wider range of products but other than that I cannot fault.

This is the first time that I have encountered such incredible personal service from an online sales portal. Knowing I was ordering from France for UK delivery, they checked the item was indeed in stock in the UK to reassure me there would be no post Brexit fees and charges liable to the recipient then called me in France to confirm so.
Realizing it was a birthday gift, they called me to offer me engraving and gift wrapping and to send the invoice to me rather than include it in the package. All was dispatched and delivered within 48 hours with a nice personal message on the box instructing the recipient not to open it before the date of their birthday! Passionate watch enthusiasts offering very professional and helpful customer service with excellent attention to detail. So rare these days.

When asking about my tracking info which wasn’t working I was helped quickly by a staff member , it was due to COVID season It took and extra day but no complaints when the shipping is free!
