10betafrica is easy to use and has many betting options and games, the website works well and deposits are quick. However I had problems with withdraws and they took too long to process, customer support was not helpful and fast. Overall my experience was poor so it's a 2 star rating for me

Good place to bet
Most of services from 10bet are perfect, from the customer service - which is excellent, variety of so many sports markets, and the offers. They need to improve the bet history though, there is a need to see actual scores, also the mobile app is a bit laggy. If they fix those, I will come back and rate it with a 5-stars.

I was depositing my money to place bet for these late world cup games and my money was pending, i almost panicked and then I remembered they have a customer service 24hrs. I reached out through live chat and I was received by this agent called Abel, he is so friendly and very knowledgeable. He sorted my issue within seconds and went further providing information about their offers. I was real happy, got assisted very fast and was able to place my bet. Mr Abel, a credit to the company
