Melissa was easy to talk to and understood my particular situation because I am not new, I've been with the program for 2 years and have many of the "done for you" items already completed. She provided the information I was looking for and helped me understand how this part of the program works.

I eagerly joined the 10xBNB Program in July after speaking with Yassine. At the time, I was told there was a 'no questions asked' 12-month, money-back guarantee, which was important to me because I work a 50 hour week and time is tight. I wanted to understand that if the business turned out not to be feasible, I would be able to get my $9k investment back. After watching the first 4-5 modules, it became clear that I would not have the time to build the business in the right way. I immediately reached out to support for a refund and then the run around started. It took weeks for anyone to answer me, then I was passed around to different people, who would not answer for many days/ weeks. After dozens of texts and 2+ months of frustration, I was told they would cancel the remaining 3 payments but that I "didn't qualify for a refund" of the $4500 they already took. I sent 3 additional texts to Coleen asking for explanation and no one has responded. If you are in a position where you MAY need to ask for a refund, you may want to re-think this program.
