Naveen did a great job of changing my perspective on the importance of working and properly implementing scrum. I believed I had worked in a proper scrum environment for the past couple of years but Naveen helped me to see its actual importance and how it can be used to improve productivity and efficiency on a team and in an organization. The 3-days CSM training session with Naveen Nanjundappa was exceptionally good. His teaching style was thought provoking and all his real-life examples helped me immensely in understanding the concepts of Agile environment and scrum. The sessions running from evening to midnight are generally exhausting and difficult to sit through but Naveen's classes and his style of training got all of us engaged and the sessions were interactive and immensely added to understanding the concepts and terms effectively. An impressive 3-days training session delivered by Naveen and it's impact is so huge that I could relate to Scrum practices he wanted us to experience from the very next day onwards. I strongly feel that "when your passion becomes your profession, then only wonders happen" and this absolutely resonates with Naveen. He burnt midnight oil to prepare some extensive exercises and activities for all the participants. Through his more than 100% energy that he puts into his passion of "building self-organizing team", he is on his way of building a great professional environment at workplace and society around. He is serving humanity in a way and want everyone to imbibe true essence of what Scrum practices literally mean.

I had no background or knowledge on Scrum Master related work. I took a CSM course with Naveen Nanjundappa. He is an amazing trainer. I was able to get so much clarity and understanding on what it means to be a good SM, the terminologies and what all goes in this. I am a visual learner and the way he utilizes and encourages visualization really helped me. My key takeaway out of many were the understanding of the responsibilities of a SM not in terms of just being a leader but also a coach, a person that helps build self organizing and self managing team. He challenges you to think outside of box and find the answers by visualizing the context instead of coping and pasting the past strategies/ tools/ answers that are generic. I learnt a lot from him and have benefitted from the course.

What I liked about Naveen sir's teaching style was self-discovery through group discussions. All his real-life examples were thought provoking and helped me to really understand the concepts of product management. 2 full day sessions are generally difficult to sit through but through Naveen sir's interactive classes we were all well engaged.
