Love Peaberry, despise 1775's service

I actually enjoy 1775 Coffee’s Peaberry roast and would like to keep supporting the brand, but the fulfillment on my subscription has been unreliable. On multiple occasions I’ve waited weeks for my subscription order to be fulfilled, and once was told Peaberry was on backorder. This time, my Peaberry subscription order still hasn’t shipped after almost a month, yet the company is actively promoting Peaberry with a 20% coupon and emailing me that my next shipment is about to process while the previous one hasn’t gone out. Because this is not the first or second time I’ve experienced long delays and out‑of‑sequence shipments, I’ve cancelled my subscription and requested a refund, and I cannot recommend their subscription service until fulfillment is consistent and timely.

Are they using preservatives or is the coffee expired?

I like the advertising but what I don't like is the date on the coffee. They don't put expiration dates on their coffee bags. They have a "Roasted On" date. Problem is that I receive coffee with roasted dates 15+ months in the past. I see online ground coffee shelf life is 3–5 months unopened. I'm moving on to something else.

I would give 1 star if I could. This company steals from customers. They intentionally ship orders separate so they can charge shipping $7.99 adds up. If you request orders to ship together or to have the shipping waived they just cancel the entire order and act obtuse when you inquire about what is happening.

Forces shipments on you even after cancellation, and you can't return, and they have all the proper documentation in line with the credit card companies such that you can't dispute.

Sneaky and unprofessional money focused company

My experience using this item was completely overtaken by my HORRIBLE experience dealing with this company. After not receiving my product for a month, I repeatedly tried to cancel. They ignored every request, and then sent 2 monthly shipments at the same time, and charged me for both! They forced shipments on me, then said, "can't return". What terrible business practices, and i will never order anything else from this company, regardless of anything about the product.

Only bots telling me I chose a pickup location was chosen and it shows my address. You can't get a phone number or get a call when you request. So bad I cancled my Rumble subscription and sold my stocks. 🤬

worst experience ever,bought coffee from 1775 coffee, they sent it to wrong address, even though it's clearly written in the order,has taken me hours of trying to get my coffee transferred to my address from where it was wrongly delivered but not happening, 1775 coffee says its not their fault and are very shy about answering my emails,anyway now my coffee is heading back overseas to them as it could not be delivered to me because 1775 coffee was to incompetent to email or contact the postal service and change the wrong address on the package, now I have listed a PayPal dispute and want a refund, once converted to Australia dollars it $75 so I won't be letting them get away with that

1775 IS SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!

First off, its the best coffee I've ever had for a home brew coffee. I ordered coffee on August 23rd. Status says ready for pickup and is 2 hours away in West Jefferson Ohio. So I never received so I ordered again on Sept 6th mind you I have a subscription. Never received and states unfullfilled.....I have 4 orders now not received an d states unfulfilled. They are collecting money from customers through their subscription process and not fulfilling their orders. I think they are stealing customers money and will close shop. I contacted them through email and their stupid AI bot and get no reply from a live person. Over $100 dollars in missing coffee and not being fulfilled.
THE BIGGEST SCAM AND FRAUD ONGOING! STAY AWAY FROM 1775 COFFEE.....I FILED A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY.

Unreliable and uncommunicating business.

They only shipped 1 part of the starter order and over 60 days later we still can not connect with a human being to get an answer to why we still have not received the rest of our starter pack. There AI is worthless for contacting them and we have been unable to speak with anybody. So unless you are a celebrity endorser don't expect to be treated with dignity or respect.

Literally, the worst coffee ever!…

It took several weeks to receive first order, Only to find out the coffee is horrible! Literally, the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. I cancelled my next shipment- but they shipped and charged me anyway. Now, they won’t take it back,- it’s still in the shipping envelope. Non-existing customer service, they really don’t care.
Please don’t feed this monster!!
DO NOT BUY THIS- you will regret it!!

Well customer servicce does not exist

Well customer servicce does not exist. Tried to cancel my order right after placed it, they said it is shipped, told me to contact shipping Co. USPS does not control shipping they just get it to point A to point B. 5 days later still not shipped. Avoid at all cost buying from this Co. Just go to grocery store and avoid less hassle.

I love this product

I love this product. I had been having more and more periods of not remembering, not able to find words, etc. etc. Hard to have a conversation because words were “stuck” or “tumbling out.” Since taking the product, I can tell a huge difference in my mind skills. I even feel like depression is lifting. Thank you so much for creating this.

Horrible "customer service" took a week…

Horrible "customer service" took a week to receive and we are only 4 hours away!!!!! I see why they don't have a phone# or Google reviews!! I received a full bean packaged coffee, I spent $25 on and I needed ground coffee!!! They need to make it in BOLD or highlight that you are ordering whole bean! So much for their professed money back guarantee! No refunds no return BS! Steer clear of 1775 that operates in the shadows!! I will be letting Barry Cunningham followers know as well.

I heard about 1775 from the LWC show, was excited to try the coffee. After receiving;
Premium Peaberry Coffee
Medium Roast Coffee
Power+ Protein Creamer
I thought it was a decent cup of coffee, I wouldn't mind drinking it, if it was at my local drive through. I do appreciate the companies intent behind the product and what they are trying to achieve. What I really liked was the protein creamer, however normally I drink my coffee black. I really wanted to like this coffee more! to find an alternative to corporate brands, but sadly it missed the mark for me.

Never again

It took over 3 weeks to get my order I wasn't impressed with it I'm going back to warpath coffee it's way better and it was delivered in 1 week maybe 1775 could learn how it's done from warpath coffee veteran ran and owned
