Good service
4 stars because the shorts didn't fit - I needed a larger size. Having said that, the material and quality of sewing was very good. I reached out about exchanging for a larger size and was offered a partial refund - which I initially declined. However, when going to USPS and discovering the cost to mail to Australia I decided to keep the shorts and take the patial refund.
Sarah was very accomodating and I'll probably be ordering more shorts - in the correct size.

Buyer Beware
Buyer Beware! Company promotes full refund but doesn't tell you that you pay return shipping fee to AUSTRALIA!! Cheapest USPS $46.00! Not a feasible return policy! No wonder people don't return purchased items! Return postage more than value of merchandise! Also, product does not come close in appearance to items displayed in advertisement!

The shorts turned out to be very good for golf. At first I thought they might be to large but after wearing them the were comfortable.

I ordered 3 pairs of pants 1) Black 1)…
I ordered 3 pairs of pants 1) Black 1) Blue 1)Grey received all but instead of Black they sent a Brown pant. Wrong color correct size waist. Other than this my experience has been good. It would be great if correct color pant (Black) was delivered. Thanks still awaiting Customer Service to respond to email for correction process.

perfect fit and length
I now have 4 pair of 19th lab golf shorts and they fit perfectly. Usually, I have to have my shorts legs shortened but not with 19th lab shorts.

It’s truly lacking
The delivery and packaging is timely and proper. You will get your products in good shape.
I have insoles, shoes and shorts from them. They are acceptable in quality but lacking in finish. You know the saying “you get what you pay for”? Well I’m not impressed and I’m feeling short of what I paid for. It’s functional. The price and quality don’t match. This is where I use the word “cheap”.
I have a review done on the shoes specifically.
Don’t spend here to save a few bucks be willing to for pay more somewhere else.

30 day no questions asked guarantee is worthless
They advertise a no question asked 30 day trial period. The shorts didn’t work for me as the pockets are too shallow and the fit doesn’t work for my body type. I contacted customer service for a refund and to utilize the guarantee you have to ship the shorts back to Australia and pay international postage, even though the shorts were shipped to me from California. They did offer a partial refund to keep them but they make the guarantee very difficult and expensive to use

Was concerned with the size, but good!
I received my shorts and was curious how they fit. However, they ended up being very comfortable and I love the material they are made from. I purchased both gray pairs (light & dark) and they go with so many different shirts. Thinking about ordering some more. 👍👍🏌️

Return process turned GOOD
I ordered two pair of golf shorts from the 19th golf lab.
When I received them they them they just didn’t fit right.
I emailed Customer Service, they were very cooperative and immediately placed a replacement order for a different size shorts. to my surprise they told me not to return the shorts that were to small but give them to someone that could wear them. I did that and made someone very happy and I’m sure a potential future customer.
What a great experience dealing with what could have been the typical exchange/return process. With 19th lab golf they took the opportunity to make two customers happy with a process that worked for all! I will buy again from this company.

I love the lightness of the short
I love the lightness of the short, its pricing and its appearance; however, the fit was just not for me and my body type. I am 6'2, 230 lbs., with a 38 inch waist.

The fit of these shorts was horrible. Company wanted to send another size. Getting a refund was nearly impossible and they do everything they can to get you to take a reduced refund. This company is customer unfriendly. Too bad the product quality is so poor. It took 5 weeks to get any money from them
