Seamless subscription process. No need to interact with anyone. App for opening doors and the storage room works fine. Saved me a lot of trouble while moving out of previous place. Can't complain, 10/10

I didn't use the service because my locker was blocked and I couldn't leave my things there—I do not recommend it!

Goede en schone ruimtes (behalve de wc!!) Alleen heel jammer dat er geen echt persoon meer zit waar je dingen aan kan vragen en die e.e.a in de gaten kan houden!.twee jaar geleden zat wreven super vriendelijkeman, die mij met inschrijven enz geholpen heeft. Helaas is alles nu online! Zo bleef de de roldeur openstaan, omdat er waarschijnlijk iemand tegenaan was gereden. Dus ik heb gebeld om dit door te geven, want iedereen kon zo naarbinnen lopen, niet veilig. Als er iemand inheb kantoortje had gezeten was dit nooit gebeurd. Ondanks dat er camera’s hangen.. Wel steeds hele vriendelijke mensen van1Box aan de telefoon.

Now I'm paying 112 euros that's okay

it is acessible by car, you can park it inside and load the stuff from the car to the carts that u can borrow, and then therenis an elevator you can take to the floor you need. the storage room itself was also pretty easy to find and unlock. we bought the 1,5m2 storage room and it was enough for the 3 of us to leave our stuff there after moving out of our apartment. the registration for the noke app was a bit tricky but in the end i figured it out...so i definitely reccomend!!!

Geweldig geholpen, box is netjes en schoon. Medewerker is een topper, heeft ons super geholpen.

De manager, Rajiv, heeft alles zeer duidelijk en uiterst vriendelijk uitgelegd. Hij is deskundig, correct, behulpzaam en houdt zijn aandacht zeer goed bij zijn klanten. Ook als het druk is stelt hij de juiste prioriteiten.

Verder is de vestiging netjes en redelijk toegankelijk (nu helaas minder wegens wegwerkzaamheden).
